The communications division consists of a Communications Supervisor,
4 full time
and 2 part time dispatchers. All personnel are trained in Emergency
Medical
Dispatching, Telecommunications, 911 call handling, COLLECT and NCIC.
They are responsible for all police, fire and EMS
communications
for the town as well as routine calls for service.
The Communications Center is staffed 24 hours a day every day of
the year.
